The meat ball is GOOD ????️????????️????. I swear it taste exactly like what we have in Vietnam. Other than that, broth is ????, noodles is a bit hard and plain, they probably let the noodles sit in the bowl for long time ????????. The proportion is too big for me to finish ????.
Overall: pho is delicious .
Tried the 123Pho pork Banh Mi sandwiches with extra cilantro and extra jalapeño for takeout. The order took about 10 minutes and the staff was very kind. Drinks are made once you check in for your takeout so that they don’t water down and they make it clear where to go for delivery or takeout order.
123 Pho offers a refreshing take on traditional Vietnamese cuisine. The pho was flavorful and satisfying, and my wife's shaken beef was tender and delicious. The food arrived promptly, and the staff was friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a modern twist on pho, 123 Pho is a must-try.
Best banh bao ever !! You have to try these. “Crispy bao” Soft and doughy with a crispy outer crust. I usually order over the phone for pick up, the delivery services are getting ridiculous. I’ve ordered everything on this menu and these are my favorite things. I also love the braised beef stew. Very rich broth with large chunks of beef and vegetables.

Located right in downtown long beach. There is a parking structure right next to the restaurant. In here, you place your order prior to being served.
(Pho):
For the pho, there are 3 steps to order: choosing your noodle type (thin or wide), your 3 proteins choice (extra for more $), and lastly your broth type. There have simple appetizers as well as bahn mi sandwiches to rice plates and salads. So all in all, the option to customize your pho soup is pleasant to those who prefer it. It's nice in my opinion.
(Taste):
tastes like pho! Very simple condiments such as hot sauce(siracha) and hoisin sauce. Perhaps they may have other condiments but per request, I didn't bother to ask. Very simple pho soup and straight to the point eating.
(Atmosphere):
nice and elegant wood top tables and concrete flooring with standard and high tables all inside the dining and also limited outdoor seatings too.
If you're in the area of long beach, worth to try and let Google know if this place hits it for you.
The pho was good! Better than average! Good service! Positive staff!
This pho is not as good as others I have been in the area. This is more to have a meeting and not eat. The menu is not easy to read and as I came I ask for a mix pho but they didn’t have such thing. Soup doesn’t taste as the others. If you want to talk and just leave half of the soup just come here.
