The rooms are very up to date and tastfully appointed. We had a premium king room and it was very spacious. Plenty of room for my husband’s mobility scooter to zip in. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was fantastic with the two body jets with easy operation, the front desk employees personable and knowledgeable about the property. The complimentary valet parking was appreciated, especially with loading up the mobility scooter, although parking isn’t a problem here. The casino is small, but pretty much offered most games , just on a smaller scale, however the table games didn’t open until 4pm. This was a fun short getaway!
Except for the very tight slots and me losing each and every time here, (worst luck ever I have), the person who took my reservation over the phone was just amazing. Best yet and by far all these yrs.||When I checked in I got two more amazingly friendly employees to deal with!||This goes so far with me! One at PAC and the check in gal were great.||Then I sucked at slots as usual.||Going to sleep well and enjoy the hot tub outside in the am at 7 am!!||Then off to Vancouver I go to see my Canucks and first game of the season on Wed!||I captured these amazing sunset pics upon arrival to share!
We stayed overnight last weekend.
The good, the casino staff were all wonderful. The room was very clean which is my primary reason for 3 stars.
The bad, there was no hot water in our room.
The worse, when we told the front desk of our lack of hot water, not only did they not care the told my husband he was wrong! Quite rude and so disappointing. We were in town for an event and were unable to shower. We won’t be staying again. At a price of close to $200 the shower should have plenty of hot water.
We make several visits to 12 Tribes year round (we live 1 hour north in Canada) and have ALWAYS had a wonderful stay. The rooms are big, clean and well-appointed. The beds are SO comfortable and the jetted showers are a rare luxury. We even take advantage of the ginormous portions they serve in Loggers Pub by requesting a microwave in our room for late night snacks. Bartenders and servers are friendly and always courteous. Not to mention the hot seats and slot tournaments - lots of fun with the friends who come down with us. Sue, our awesome casino host, has always been so gracious and generous with comps and dining vouchers. Will continue to make the quick trip to our 'home away from home in Omak. ❤️
Went to the casino for what we thought would be a short visit on a beautiful afternoon! We had such fun and kept winning that we received a comped hotel room! The room was a corner suite that was above expectations. Quiet room, excellent updated decor with an amazingly large bathroom! Sweeping views from corner windows.
This is a review of the RV area, everything was fine until 10:00 pm, that's when a loud noise woke us up, it went on for 29 minutes, that along with the constant cars using the RV park as a shortcut makes sleeping impossible! No one can sleep though this noise. Don't stay here if you plan to sleep!
We live near here and stop in frequently. The staff are nice, the rooms are nice, and the location is convenient as it's right off the highway. My mom has pretty good luck there, much better than mine ???? but then again I don't have great luck at any casino, so I'd say that my luck is about the same here as any where. The photos are taken in one of the suites.
The slots in Manson are a more name brand variety and seemed looser than those in Omak.
The Tin Buscuit was a decent and reasonable place to grab a meal.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommended they order the Queenie slot, like those in Manson. So much fun to play and a variety of ways to win!
