I learned about this restaurant/gril/???? bar from the Seacoast Scene newspaper ????. They have a $10 special on ???? cheeseburgers ???? Light up that grill, cook up a thrill! He needs that burger now! ???? Oops ????! Sorry! On Mondays.
My cheeseburger was cooked the way I had requested and it tasted good ????! The roll/bun had a good flavor and stayed together while I was eating it. The potato ???? chips tasted house made and that is a compliment.
Service at the bar ???? was friendly and good. You can get yourself popcorn ???? at the popper next to the bar. There are a lot of flat screens around the bar. WiFi and seasonal outdoor seating available.
The Veggie Burger with cheese was okay.
I am going to recommend this restaurant .
This place was pretty good. The portion sizes were also really decent and the wait staff were very nice. I got the meatloaf that was recommended by my waitress. It was so very delicious .Would recommend and definitely come back next time. We’re in the area.

The waitstaff is very helpful. They have very generous portions of delicious fried seafood. They have $2 bottles of Bud and a decent draft selection.
Great local sports pub and atmosphere. Drove around looking for someplace open and found 12 Ocean Grill. Very friendly staff and quick to serve. Lobster roll was hearty but the lobster was not fresh and had some very fishy taste to it..also, you can tell the grease had not been changed in a long time. Couldn’t eat the fries.
The food was amazing! The seafood chowder was full of seafood and the $9.99 lobster roll was delicious! Great all around! Thank you for showing us west coast people some great east coast seafood!
Ms. Donna was super sweet and the lobster grilled cheese and Cajun fried pickles did NOT disappoint ????
Best fish and chips we’ve had in a long time! Also had the surf and turf and it was fabulous. The steak was perfect and the shrimp were crispy and so good! Kudos to Hayley for great service too!
