This place used to be fun to go to. But the self order tablet they have ruins the experience. There is no human interaction, no faces, no conversation, so this allows them to hide away in the back and not be accountable. The drinks are hit-and-miss on what should be standard drink recipes. The cups are flimsy and always make a mess in the car, poor choice in product. They can do better, but they are blind and don't see what they can improve on, even with these reviews they continue to have mediocre service, 35 minutes wait for a couple of drinks. The dirty and beatup furniture is the worse, you can clearly see nobody ever wipes counters down. Get your stuff together 1102.
Used to love coming here but ever since they have the self-order pad on the counter, their service has gotten crappier. I ordered 2 strawberry macchiatos with the cream cheese option for both. The young lady who brought them out made them nothing like they should have been. I rang the bell to let her know and surely enough she had forgotten to add the cream cheese to the drinks. Brought them out in a separate cup. Also, while I was drinking my drink, idk if they didn't make the strawberry poppers correctly but I kept getting these rubbery pieces. Needless to say, I won't be coming back here again after my experience.
So I got to enjoy a nice boba tea experience here at 1102. The place is adorable with a plethora of different choices of teas and coffees to enjoy. I love the huts inside and the staff was pleasant. Highly suggest
Cozy little place. Boba is trendy ATM and the quality is pretty good, but it may feel a bit expensive until you find your absolute favorite. Still an easy 4+ stars for taste alone.
The atmosphere and branding are adorable but my main issue is that the prices are really high for a boba shop. We got the chicken dumplings and they were fine, nothing crazy (it looked like less dumplings than were shown in the photo on the ordering screen?). I got a small peach black tea with strawberry jelly, which is 6.25 without topping, 7.25 with, and the cup was super small. The drink was good but I can get something similar for cheaper elsewhere. Our wait was pretty long, over 10mins for just the drink and more for food. Only being able to order through a screen is definitely a little weird. You don’t see employees unless they’re calling out an order. I also didn’t get my receipt texted to me even though I put my number in on the screen.
I’ve been coming here for two years. I came to 1102 Bubble Tea yesterday and am shocked by the increase in price. The boba tea is delicious but NOT worth the high price! I paid close to $16 for two teas! I love the flavor and the ambience inside the store but won’t be coming as frequent anymore. I’m okay paying $5 and up to $6 but $7-$8 is too pricey.
I personally would recommend going to other boba shops.

So it’s pretty cool, you make your order through a tablet. The menu is huge so there is bound to be something everyone will like. The huts are a brilliant idea. It was very chill and nicely decorated. And of course the drinks were great.
The only place where I like boba… this place is fantastic, I love the boba tea, the environment and the music which was Zelda lofi one of my favorite songs
