Stopped by while passing through Syracuse and exploring Destiny USA (Carousel Mall). While there aren't a massive amount of non-chain sit down restaurants in this mall, this one seemed a little nicer than the other options.
I asked for recommendations and had the pulled pork mac and cheese. The fried onion strings were so tasty and the cheesy was very creamy. Would visit again, great service from my waitress as well.
Honestly wanted to love this place but unless they do a server overhaul, we won't be back. Found plastic in our spinach dip & the server almost acted as if we put it there. She did take it off the bill after talking to kitchen staff. Then we were over charged for the children's meun drink and she said she would fix it (after we paid) and just never came back. The food was great, the service and atmosphere were horrible. Very, very sad actually as it is very hard to find a good restaurant for Gluten Free menu.

I recently dined at 110 Grill in Syracuse, and overall, the experience left much to be desired. I ordered the fish tacos, and while the flavor was good, the portion was disappointing. The tiny piece of cod on each taco didn’t justify the price at all. To make matters worse, the salmon we ordered was overcooked and dry.
One of the most concerning parts of the visit was the stained glass cups. I had to ask for plastic cups because the glasses weren’t clean, which was pretty off-putting. This could easily be avoided if they took the time to wipe the glasses down properly. The waitress was friendly, but she should’ve mentioned the small portion size of the fish tacos and been more mindful of the condition of the glassware.
The service and culture at this location just don’t match up to the standards I’m used to in NYC. There’s definitely room for improvement here.
I am Gluten-Free and it is fantastic here. They have a gluten free menu with a lot of fried food and buns available. They use a dedicated gluten free kitchen and even have specific people bring out gluten free dishes so they don't get cross contaminated. Great portions as well, always leave full. Today we just got the gluten free fried pickles and the gluten free barbecue chicken nachos since we were feeling some snacks food.
Food was amazing. Server named Leah gave us the worst service ever - snatching away the food and money - the store wasn't even busy

We always rave about coming here. We love this restaurant on our trips to Syracuse. But when we came this day we were a bit disappointed. My Silverware was dirty. Food was cold...And a large spoon wasn't offered for my shrimp scampi. We always get dessert as we love the mixed berry cheesecake bites. The server dropped off the check and didn't even ask. He was very polite during the meal but seemed as if he was rushing us out. The staff was all seated at the booths in front of the kitchen which seemed odd as I've never seen that when ive been there before numerous times. They were just hanging out. My table ended up leaving after paying and going to cheesecake factory and getting dessert. We drive an hour and a half to come there and we're just really disappointed. His tip would have been much bigger and I am a big tipper...and left a good tip still...but felt that this was just not a good day.
Update came back again and had an amazing meal outside on the deck on a beautiful sunny day. Food was perfect as always and service was superb. Thanks again! We'll be back again! 6 29 2022
Ate her with my son and nephew and had an absolutely amazing meal. This restaurant pays attention to detail and everything is made from scratch. The food was so good and atmosphere was perfect. Something out of the norm and we loved it! We joined the rewards club and will be back. Thank you for making our first experience unforgettable!
The manager is sitting on her phone while the waitress greets, seats, bartends, serves and is still cleaning and setting tables... Very unprofessional for the manager to behave this way. While there an hour we watched more than 3 large parties walk away without being greeted.
Otherwise food is great
We stopped in to try this place out because my wife has gluten allergies. Everyone was very nice and asked about food allergies and were very good about them. They had a lot of options for my wife. Our meals were very well prepared and were flavorful. We got the bang bang cauliflower for a starter which was fantastic. We enjoyed the whole experience and will be back again.
