Yikes. My steak and cheese was soaked through with wet cheese liquid and the "caramelized onions" were borderline uncooked. the bun was okay. The Worcester location was MUCH better.
EDIT: Went to the Portsmouth location and it is a million times better. This is an oddball restaurant or an off day. Not changing my review because this is what we were served. The chain's restaurants are each very different
Had an amazing time with friends at 110 Grill! Food was excellent and our bartender Danielle made the most amazing cocktails and martinis!!! She gave us great food and drink recommendations and really listened to each of our needs and came through!! Danielle gave exceptional service with a great upbeat personality! Will definitely ask for her next time we visit!!! Highly recommend!!
Servery under staffed, waits were long for servers to bring drinks and take orders. Kitchen had food coming out at separate times. Wanted to like it but there seems to be a problem with management and ensuring the staff can keep up with the demand. To have only a few servers working during busy lunch times and working both the bar and table service just doesn't make sense.
Ordered gluten free and that was great (loved all the choices and the care they take for cross contamination) but it was cold. I’m talking ice cold pasta and sauce and they forgot the chicken. Portion was also VERY small. I’m a small person but this was insane how small it was. Everyone else’s meal was hot and they all liked their choices.
I attempted to dine in on December 13th with my 98-year old mom who is wheelchair bound. We'd been eating there for a while when we had business at Holyoke Mall. However, the hostess, as I approached her, asked me what I wanted. I was shocked. I told her I came to dine. She saw a black face, so I assumed she put on her disrespect face. It was clearly racism. It took so long to order because we had no waitress to serve us. I looked around and saw all the white folks getting served. The clock ticked...too much time passed by. Finally, a server. However, he never brought the raspberry lemonade my mother so loved; he brought water for us. (The previous week, I'd a waitress clearly who didn't like serving us. I can only image it was because of our blackness. I gave her a nice tip, thinking her attitude would change. While serving us, she was quite distant and unfriendly. I'm an empath, but I wanted to give her the benefit of a doubt. I was wrong. She truly didn't want to serve us). I will never dine at this restaurant in which my mom and I were discriminated against. We will be taking our business elsewhere in which color doesn't matter!!!!
The Food here is delicious!! I would definitely recommend their burgers and fries. I also recommend their Cesar salad and Reuben Sandwich.
The first time I came here the server Sheena made me feel so so welcome and she served excellently. Very respectful server!
The only reason I am not giving this place a 5-Star is because I had a different server today who was NOT welcoming. My server today looked like she didn’t want to be there. Food Service of this kind of establishment needs to be higher quality overall.
Overall I would still recommend this place and I’ll still be coming back. However I would like to see a little more enthusiasm from certain servers.
So I came here for lunch , ordered from their gluten free menu . Had the salmon it $27 lunch menu not sure if they switch price after a certain time but yea . It was supposed to be the Cajun salmon but I don’t eat Cajun style , I had mines cooked with just slight salt and pepper. And garlic butter on the side . I had the Brussels and broccoli ???? on the side . I also tried the gluten free lemon beignets for desert ! It was delicious ???? all together w food plus the tip was $60 . I think that’s fair for 1 person . Atmosphere was nice , it wasn’t crowded at all . They also have a outdoor dining , and bar section . Location is inside the mall by the way and it’s close to the Best Buy entrance.
Ordered the super fresh Thai salmon dish with Jasmine rice and broccoli slaw. The salmon had a nice kick to it! Had to have dessert. My choice was the flourless chocolate cake with extra whipped cream. Our server brought a side of whipped cream!! Loved it. Amazing. Everything was superb-food and service as well as the company.
