In the middle of our experience the overhead lights came on and an alarm started to sound! All of the guests started talking to each other but none of the staff spoke up with any direction. We watched neighboring business evacuate through the windows but stayed because nobody wanted to walk out without paying.. eventually the manager came out and walked outside to see what was going on, but still nobody addressed the room of people wondering if we should stay or go. Eventually staff started bringing food out again (alarm still sounding, lights still on) and we realized we would just be ignoring the noise. We paid as soon as we got our waitresses attention and left.
Food was great, would have loved to have enjoyed drinks!
OVERPRICED!!! Embarrassed that they consider this acceptable take-out! Would it have been the same if it had been done in? Paid $19 for vegetable stir fry that was barely a serving of pasta with little to no vegetables(just those you see in corner of picture), $23 for pulled pork Mac n Cheese, again barely a serving and VERY little pork. Food was hot except fries were ice cold. Will NEVER give this place a penny again. Oh and they ask if you want to leave a tip on top of the take out packaging fee the automatically charge.
My wife and I went out on a "date night" while my daughter and friend were watching a movie.
Aaliyah was our server. From the moment we sat down, I knew this was going to be a great experience.
The entire staff seemed to be smiling and enjoying their shift.
We both had a cocktail off of their menu (based off of what we like and Aaliyah's suggestion), BBQ nachos, I had steak tips with garlic mashed potatoes and my wife had steak tips with some lettuce bbq concoction.
Everything was cooked well, came out hot, was flavorful and in a timely fashion.
They also have a nice out door area and i can't wait for the warm weather.
All together it was an awesome experience and we can't wait to go back!!
Food quality does not match the price. Had heard good things about this place but was honestly disappointed. Most appetizers are $16+ and the meals themselves are pretty pricey. I got the fish tacos which were each the size of my palm and a small handful of fries. For the price I think the quality and portion size need to be a bit more generous.
Our waiter Jon was very nice and knowledgeable. Loved that everything is made from scratch on the premises. The place is very nice and you can watch the chefs orepare your food. A little pricey with drinks, but we loved everything! Will definitely go back again in hopes of having Jon as our waiter again, he made our first time most enjoyable!
I had a wonderful experience at the 110 restaurant in Fall River. Donna, the manager, was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect during my visit. Stephanie, our bartender, was also fantastic - she was attentive and honest, making sure we had a great time. I highly recommend this restaurant for its excellent service and delicious food. Thank you, Donna and Stephanie, for making my visit truly memorable!
I wish I could say we had a good experience here. The atmosphere is really nice. The service was incredibly slow and our server lacked any skill or personality. The drinks sat at the bar for 15 minutes until we got them ourselves. The food took forever and then was just ok. One dish for our party was dropped by the kitchen staff , according to the manager, and finally came out 15 minutes later raw and inedible. Wish I could recommend this place but I won’t be back any time soon.
I’ll preface by saying that I have never left a bad review, and this review does not reflect on my awesome server from tonight.
As I work right down from the road from this location, I was so excited to get the BBQ Nachos after a long day at work, since I loved them when I got them a year or so ago. I was greeted by a super professional and responsive bartender, promptly got my drink and took my order. The nachos were brought out shockingly quickly, and upon having a couple, it dawned on me that not only were the chips stale, but the cheese was bordering on cold, hard, and unmelted. There was virtually no chicken to speak of, and the toppings realistically occupied less than a quarter of the pile of plain chips underneath.
I feel very anxious about making complaints and sending food back. I am in the business of customer service and understand how unreasonable people can be. So in an effort to be easy to work with, I paid for the nachos, paid my bill, wished my server a nice night, and left.
My hope is that I caught you guys on a rough night, and I would be thrilled to change my review if something could be done about this, as I’d love to give you guys another shot. What I will say is that I left my dish mostly unfinished, as I couldn’t stomach it. Again, I am the last person to complain or send anything back, but I figured you guys would like to know about this, and hopefully help out/reciprocate in some fashion. I thank you guys in advance, and look forward to an opportunity to edit this in a positive light.
