I wouldn’t stay here if someone paid me too. I’ve been in some cheap run down hotels. But this one. This one right here takes the cake.. There was writing all over the door and walls. The carpet was filthy. The bathroom wasn’t much better. The bed had cigarette burns all over the cover. Roaches were crawling all over the wall above the bed. We got our stuff and left there. The staff were nice. However, we did get a particle refund. I 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
My family is homeless. We came here because it was cheap. The room is very run down and filthy. Has roaches everywhere and bed bugs. Since I have children, one who is mentally disabled, staying here with me I believe they have made me a target. On the 3rd night staying here they started harassing us. They called the cops due to my son having an autistic meltdown and I was trying to get him to go to sleep. Then the front desk clerk woke us up out of deep sleep saying another disturbance was occurring. So all in all DO NOT stay here if you have disabilities and children. They will make up lies and cause problems to get you gone after you spent a weekly amount on a room.
Left the Bristol race and got a room because it’s a 3 hours drive home. Well after walking in the room decided the 3 hour drive was better than bringing bed bugs back home. Told the front desk how nasty it was and they didn’t care said it was clean. And said you can’t get your $120 back. Well I think losing that $120 is a whole lot cheaper than trying to get rid of bed bugs. Wish I could post pictures of the sheets and covers. Liked like they used it’s as a door mat before putting it on the bed. And the cover had cigarette holes in it. Nasty nasty place to stay. Don’t stay unless you want to sleep with bed bugs and roaches.
I have seen any bedbug but I've seen roaches toilet was dirty floors sticky this place sucks I would not recommend staying here
Right when I walked into the building to get checked in the employee checking me in was highly rude and disrespectful. I had to wait 15 minutes for her to check me in. She said she was busy but she was literally sitting there own her phone. As soon as I got. Checked in I went to my room walked in sat my bags down and noticed a rat across the bed from me I immediately jump on the bed and call the customer service they come rushing down and grab the rat like there was no tomorrow. I got chills bc this place I stayed there for one night bc I didn't pay 68 dollars for no reason.
HOW is this even a 2+ star reviewed place to stay?! Unreal haha. You people are trashy and need shut down.
This is the literal definition of a roach motel. They are very nice people and they let me look at the room before I decided to stay. As soon as I open the door and turned on the light they all started flying and crawling around. The room is very small, the building is nice but it's old and definitely in need of a lot of work. Considering the amount of cockroaches in that place would be better to just burn it down and start over.
The room wasn't clean at all the shower was like prison style were you needed shower shoes. The room I got was right next to the office. The cops showed up twice but mainly it was the cockroach infested nasty room. It was easy to tell it hadn't been cleaned in a while.
