Good was very nice, serve was great, too cold to sit inside, feel sad for several wearing coats, burr too cold to come back too. Carry out the way to good, service and food was to die for .

I think it's great that there's another option in Waterford. With that said, we visited last month and they had only been open for a little while. The staff was friendly and helpful when ordering. We waited about 30 minutes for our food but that wasn't a problem for us because we saw it was pretty busy. There were a lot of people working behind the counter It was great to see.
Down to the food. The chicken sandwich was pretty good. It would be better if the coleslaw wasn't so drippy. So if they use less mayo and throw some salt and pepper in there it would be really good. I'd order it. My husband had the double cheeseburger and he thought it was pretty good as well. He said he would get it again. The waffle fries were also good. They just need a little bit of seasoning added. The mozzarella sticks were okay, but we were really surprised by the quantity we received for a side. It was a lot of mozzarella sticks and lasted us for days and we ended up throwing some out. Now unfortunately the macaroni and cheese... me and my husband both found it unpalatable. We had one bite each and we ended up throwing it out. I can't tell what cheese combination is in the mac and cheese, but it tastes very strange and not appetizing. We know a decent or good mac and cheese and this was not it. I do not recommend getting the macaroni and cheese.
The atmosphere is bright & clean. However, the wait for our food was over 15 minutes, which if the food is good, I don't mind the wait. But the food was just ok. We found the sides tastier than the chicken sandwiches & burgers. The menu is a bit confusing. It only lists combo prices, so I had no idea that you could just order a sandwich with no sides or drinks. Plus it's very pricey, especially for a "fast food" establishment.
Their spicy chicken is incredible-- never have i had fried batter disintegrate in my mouth like this! Their Bacon & Cheese burger is the best thing I've had in the area! I will absolutely be returning to my new favorite spot in the future, and I'm excited to try more of their menu. For others: I think the bad reviews are from their startup months. While my experience wasn't perfect- they ran out of waffles and I had to wait a bit, they were kind and still prompt. My order was flawless!
This place and awesome! There was a guy Micheal who just started at the counter but his customers service skills were A1!!! Jay also was wonderful. Definitely need on in Brighton. The Wings was definitely on point.

I'd rather go down the street for a better experience. Approaching the location the parking is set very strange. Once inside there are small windows and it makes it feel very confined and the bathrooms need purse hooks.
The young girl at the counter was very incompetent, she did not know anything and asked the same question three times after I answered the first time.
I ordered a basic chicken sandwich and the bread was not toasted and the chicken was hard. It was also very dry with little sauce. The prices do seem comparable to other places. This is a new location so I hope they figure things out soon.
Opening Day visit, a second visit and a response to the owners reply below.
We ordered three meals to go. When we got home we noticed that one of the meals was not what we ordered. We ordered one hamburger meal and two chicken sandwich meals. We ended up with two hamburger meals and one chicken sandwich meal. Now I understand it was opening day and they were busy, but that's a pretty big mistake. The only reason we did not come back to fix the order is the person who got the wrong order was okay to settle with what they got and did not want to return to the line. The food was good but nothing over the top.

So we figured we would let the dust settle from opening day and we'd give them another try. Opening days can be tough.
This time we went for the fried chicken. We got the Family Style 12 piece meal that comes with 2 sides. Each side was very small. There was three of us and we each only got two tablespoons a piece out of each container in order to split up evenly.
One would think if you order a 12 piece you would get three pieces of each piece of chicken (3 breasts, 3 thighs, 3 wings and 3 legs). Instead we got 3 thighs, 4 wings, and 5 legs?? NO BREAST! What a odd combination!?
The sides are a letdown and the chicken is just ok. It doesn't hold a light to Soroski Chicken just down the road and doesn't even compare to KFC. Culver's across the street even has better burgers. So all in all I don't know how this place is going to make it?? Definitely not with us going there. We will not be back!

Note: 5 days ago the owner commented on this review asking me to get in touch with them via email so they could address the issue. I did so that very day and I've never heard back. That in itself says a lot about the company...
