Fantastic Living Experience at 10X Sawgrass!
I’ve been living at 10X Sawgrass for the past 3 years, and I can’t recommend it enough! The community is clean, safe, and well-maintained, making it a truly enjoyable place to call home.
A huge shoutout to Justin and the maintenance team—they are always prompt, professional, and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s a small repair or regular upkeep, they handle it quickly and with a smile.
The leasing office staff are equally amazing! Everyone is so welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely cares about the residents. From move-in day to everyday interactions, their dedication to providing top-notch service is clear.
If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and an outstanding team, 10X Sawgrass is the perfect choice! I’m so glad I decided to make this my home.

10X Living is definitely a hidden gem in South Florida! Not only is it an amazing property but it’s also operated by an amazing team as well! Yasmine was the first person I came in contact with and I’m glad that she was! From her welcoming to her understanding my needs and the severity of my situation and she came to my rescue! The units are spacious and great floor plans to choose from to fit your desired needs! Amenities on top of amenities!!! It’s super family and pet friendly! You can’t go wrong with 10X Living! I’m glad I’m now a resident and will be referring anyone who needs their new home! Thank you,the staff, for all you’ve done for me and continue being the best!
My husband and I recently moved to Florida, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The entire moving experience was smooth, thanks to Yolanda from the 10x leasing office. She was incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless transition and giving us a warm welcome. We truly appreciate her help throughout the whole process!
I had a very smooth transition in all aspects of the processes. From my initial application all the way through to my move in day Jada, the property manager, made sure to keep me fully informed of every step of the way. The 10X property is well maintained, organized, and the gym and pool are in pristine condition. Highly recommend 10X Sawgrass and speak with Jada for the best customer service experience you can have.
I’ve been living here for almost a year now and I have to say 10x Sawgrass is one of the best Rental Communities in Sunrise. The management team is Awesome!!! Erika Paz, Jada Hall, Jazmine and the rest of the team are amazing. They are always quick to help and always greet you with a pleasant smile. Justin and the rest of the maintenance team are on point! One call or message and they are quick to respond and resolve any issues. I will definitely be renewing my lease. I will also refer anyone I know looking for a great place to live. 10XSawgrass is a great place to live. They offer great amenities, great lawn care, 2 oasis style pools, 2 gyms, 2 lounges, conference room, even a playground for the kids trust and believe you will receive great service from all staff members even the young ladies upfront in the front office Erika, Jada, Yasmine, Yolanda just to name a few they’re all great and can help you find a great home for you and your family. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. Even the neighbors are friendly and welcoming. You have access to everything mall, schools, stores and much more. Disappointing Experience at 10X Apartments in Sunrise
I’ve lived at 10X Apartments in Sunrise for some time, but unfortunately, the quality of living here has gone downhill. The smell of Marihuana is constantly lingering around the premises, which makes it uncomfortable, especially when you have children and expect a clean and safe environment.
I was told by another resident that since they started accepting Section 8, now there’s a noticeable change in the community atmosphere, with more disruptive tenants and behavior. Sometimes you go to the pool and some residents are hosting parties with over 20 guests at a time, and again smoking Marihuana in the pool area turning what should be a relaxing amenity into a chaotic, overcrowded scene.
On top of that, the main gate bar to leave the building has been broken for nearly a month, allowing anyone to come in and out freely and some of the visitors are using that as an entrance making it very dangerous for the residents. I saw tow car almost crashing because of this problem. This is a major security issue that the management has yet to fix, despite multiple complaints.
I feel that all they care is about the money and not about having good quality residents, instead allowing people to live here and are making the community worse.
Overall, I’m really disappointed with the lack of attention to maintaining the property and ensuring it remains a pleasant place to live. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and secure apartment.
