This has to be the worst meal I've had in Reno. I was misled by the positive reviews or appealing photos. The bowls and plates are cheap plastic and filthy. The food came out in less than five minutes? They look like microwaved, pre-cooked stuff. The soup was a disaster—the clams weren't fresh and there was sand inside. Totally disappointing.
This place is SO FAST and very tasty! The chili oil is so good too, lots of veggie options. My husband and got the braised pork belly and said it was super tender and excellent
The beef and tofu in chili broth had me in absolute bliss and the dumplings in chili and the bao just so so good I went back for seconds my 3rd night in Reno
Super authentic Taiwanese food. This is one of my top TW restaurant in the US. Better than many restaurants in TW. Portion sizes a very big though because we are in Reno.
This place is a fun place to get meals! We ordered 4 dishes along 2 of us. We have another meal as leftover from that! Service is fast and food is super tasty and authentic. Beef tenderloin noodles, A- choy vegetable with garlic, 3 cups chicken. We ordered sticky tofu, you don’t have to if it’s not your thing! :)
Foods are great, especially the pork belly burger bao and popcorn chicken! Love it!
The host spoke both Spanish and English and just wrote down the name on the waiting list. The old lady in the back was very friendly and helped to find the table for us.
The servers were quite pushing us to place the order and in a hurry leaving the check on our table. I did not feel good with the servers and their service.
Fried pork intestine and the braised pork chop tasted great. The stinky tofu was just fine. The braised beef in the beef noodle soup tasted a bit dry and hard; not the fan.
My girlfriend, who’s from Taiwan, said this was one of the best places she’s been to in the US!! Great selection of choices at affordable prices, now we have a favorite when we’re back in Reno.
