1 Stop Performance has been looking after my cars for almost 5 years now. During this time I had passed MOT tests, repaired and serviced my cars with them.
It is hard to find a high quality specialists that you can trust, at 1 Stop Performance the service is always outstanding, as you are really guaranteed quality work at a great price. They will give you a quote upfront, will advise you on all the work in advance and will never replace parts that can still last.
I can definitely recommend 1 Stop Performance, as they will look after you and your vehicle.
Awful experience, no idea of customer service. If you think you can bring your car in for simple jobs and have it back the same day you are mistaken. The Garage takes on more work than it can handle. A simple 1 hour job took 2 days. When I complained about the time taken the attitude was atrocious for 1 stop performance the customer is always wrong Will never use again.
After my car failed its MOT from 1 Stop Performance, I was given an estimated and over inflated quote. I took my car to another garage that was able to give me a precise quote before the work was undertaken at a third of the cost of the estimate I was given from 1 Stop Performance. I returned my car for the MOT retest, which 1 Stop Performance failed. I was extremely unhappy and decided to forego the free retest and paid for another MOT at a different garage that does not carry out any MOT repair work and deals solely in MOT's and I was more than pleased that it passed with no advisory notes. I have written four complaint letters and sent two emails to which I am yet to receive a reply! I would avoid this garage at all costs, as it seems to me that they are only interested in carrying out unnecessary MOT repairs!!!!
Good shop but I park outside the shop to got in the store to get a few things when I got back to my car I was block by a lorry, I went and told the staff and they told he'll be out in 1 minute but I waited 20mins ???? And it's not the first time this happened to me or other people I know. They should be doing the delivery sat the back of the shops but they never do. Needs sorting out
