Went in for a pedicure and it was horrible. She didn't push back cuticles, never cut or filed any of my toenails, no massage and besides the fact she could not have been any ruder, she cleaned all the nasty tools in the soak water with my foot was still soaking. Absolute worst experience and will not be going back. Right when me, my mom, and two daughters walked in we were so excited to spend Valentine’s Day getting my daughter’s first spa experience and immediately we were being rushed to pick a color and sit. Before I could even get myself seated in my chair the lady was already about to start painting my older daughter’s nails. She didn’t even soak her feet. She had the water on but it was too hot which we told them that several times and they never did anything about it. After I saw her grab the paint I told her please cool the water down and let my daughter soak her feet. She didn’t want to do it, but reluctantly she did. Then she went to my younger daughter, mom, back to my older daughter and then myself. I think we MAYBE received 10 minutes each of treatment. No massage, no warm towel. Just a cheese grater and 3 seconds of a sanding brush. It was ridiculous how fast she was going! 4 people took 45 minutes and $125 dollars. I’ve never been so disappointed in a nail salon before.
This place is my favorite place to get my nails done. I like them short & no matter what I go with I always leave happy.
Took 3 little girls for a salon/spa day! They were so excited only to be greeted as soon as we walked in with rudeness. “Sit down, long wait” just as rude as you can imagine. Then after I stated one of the girls would be getting just polish done that she wasn’t doing anything other than gel polish today ???? obviously so they can charge more. So $30 for polish on a 6 year old’s nails whenever they were capable of doing polish. That’s fine, whatever. The girl doing her nails also told her to “be still” whenever i walked away. In a rude manner. Totally uncalled for. Then the other lady doing one of the 10 year olds nails convinced her that the all white polish she wanted and asked for wouldn’t look right and that she needed rose gold on them with the white and charged $15 more for that. So it’s all a money scheme here with TERRIBLE customer service & very rude. $150 for 3 little girls nails. I would have been fine with that if they were at least nice to them. But they were extremely rude. I always tip $50-$100 but not here. Not for rude service. It wasn’t just about the money. Crazy thing is they would have made more if they weren’t so mean. Don’t waste your money here!!!! Go some where they will treat you right

Well I originally posted with 1 star. The polish was messed up yesterday after they did them. I called and they said they would fix them. Today I came in to #Nails and they did indeed fix my nails. The young woman who helped me this time was very nice. They did mention the bad review but was only concerned that the price I listed was misleading ...so yes it was a total of $70. What was included in that price was=full set acrylics with matte polish and a pedicure with matching matte polish. The matte coat was and extra $5. So now that that is straightened out, I will still say that the man was very rude yesterday, and made the experience awkward. It was not too much better today as far as socially but they did fix my nails as promised.
I'm not a fan of their work when it comes to nails, but I go quite often for waxing. To me, her work seems rushed. The acrylic is wide and amateur looking. However, I take my daughters to get their nails done from time to time, because they are kids. They don't care! Lol! Well, my mom came from out of town and I referred her here, because I'm familiar with the owner. She's usually nice. My mom uses an oxygen tank. She asked if they could do a pedicure for her. She got there close to when the shop opened. There was only one person being serviced. There were other people working and they didn't have any clients. The owner told my mom it would be a 3 HOUR wait. When there were people working w/out clients. She agreed to wait because she's not from here, and she didn't know of another place to go. She asked if someone would help her get her oxygen tank out of the car. They said no, because they would be liable if something happened to her. The owner told her no. All she needed was some help. I understand protecting your business, but for her to tell someone there will be a 3 hour wait and she had people available to render services seems kind of fishy to me. It really hurt my mom's feelings being refused service because she has a disability. This breaks my heart.
To say the least, this shop will not see another dime from me. If you are trying to find a quality nail shop, try Serenity in Hattiesburg.
My daughter had her eyebrows waxed here for $8, and they did an excellent job, according to her. This was her second time having them done here. Also, this second time, she additionally got her nails done with they grey and glitter, which I've posted pictures of. This is the only issue I thought was a little pricey. However, this day in time, each nail salon is similar depending on several features, some of which I'm unaware of. Getting acrylic nails is so complex, simply because each individual has specific desires, and they're willing to pay extra money to recieve whatever services are offered. In addition, the CoVid19 Pandemic is possibly causing an inflation of prices due to the risks the employees take while working at the salon. Overall, I'm very pleased with the outcome of their work. I definitely recommend this salon over another unnamed salon in the Plaza strip near the fire department. Just to be sure, we did wear masks from the time we entered until we got to the car. ????♀️????????????????????⭐????
