Best WLM Reviews
The room is very clean n well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only noise were the other guests coming nd going but that's to be expected so it didn't bother me. I read the other reviews on this place and before they got revamped with new appliances I can understand the rough reviews but now there is really no need to trash the place with bad reviews. Would I recommend this place? Definitely!
WHAT MOTEL ARE Y'ALL STAYING IN BECAUSE I MUSTVE WENT TO THE WRONG ONE. HOW ON EARTH DOES IT HAVE 3.2 STARS!!!!! This is clearly an extended stay motel. The smell upon entering was horrible. I couldn't even use the bathroom because it wasn't cleaned just a quick wipe off. I literally wiped dirt and booty dust off the toilet seat with tissue. The roaches were outrageous. I mean the bedsheets were terrible and didn't look washed. Good thing I brought my own. We stayed over night and I literally slept in one corner of the bed. RUN from this place! I didn't expect much but this was the bottom of the barrel.
I had a fantastic stay, which exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The room was a haven of comfort—spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
I had an amazing experience at the Grand Plaza! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met promptly. The rooms were spotless and elegantly decorated, providing a perfect retreat. The location is superb, close to major attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. The on-site restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes, and the amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay!
⚠️ ROACHES⚠️.we stayed here one time before and it was fine, other than the broken glass window with tape on it. we arrived at this hotel , went straight in and took a shower then left to go out to eat for a few hours . when we got back laying in the bed we saw stuff crawling and we went to investigate the bug and it was a roach. then we looked behind the fridge and they were there also. Asked for our money back they wouldn’t give us our money back! like girl yall have roaches give me my money back!
I will never stay here ever again the roaches was outrageous everything was horrible even the towls they left white cotton on my skin just gross all of the above I wouldn't even dare have my worse enemy stay here
I'll do a more indepth review later, this place is ok for a work crew for a short time. Beds are comfy the showers are hot. I will say this however, this place got the worst WiFi I've seen in any motel across 14 states in over a decade. It's unusable. I finally bought a hotspot after trying to check my email for a solid week.
I had an overall good expirience here. Except for the plug ins not working and the grounds being a little trashy and unkemp. Staff is friendly as hell and they gave me a late checkout because i booked a second night through expedia and booked the wrong date like a fool and then had to correct it through expedia which took foorreeevveerr
