We stayed here in a LOFT SUITE from 6 - 10 December. What a find! The hotel is stunning and very zen-like. Natural woods and materials everywhere. Emphasis on sustainability is real and not mere "window dressing". They care. Our suite was vast and luxurious with a massive bathroom, quality linens and a comfortable living room. Every small detail has been thought through. In the lobby area - complimentary fruit and dates from local farmers. The property has a beehive and a veggie garden. The food is beyond amazing wherever you are! Bursting with succulence and freshness. The staff are first rate & are proud of and happy to work at 1 Hotel - this makes a huge difference.
In particular we must praise the most wonderful woman who made the stay feel like home. She is the host of 1 KITCHEN restaurant. Her name is Tatiana. Her big smile, warm, greeting and incredible kindness and hospitality made us feel as if we were home. No detail was too minor - no effort was too great to make sure we were magnificently taken care of every morning. What a credit she is to the team.
Additionally, we were looked after by waitress Irma. A wonderful, charming and lovely lady. Always with a bright smile, and could not do enough to make sure our breakfasts were perfection.
Last but not least, Andrea Chincilla @ the front desk. The consummate professional who made checkout a breeze & who exemplifies excellence in hospitality. We are extremely pampered, international travelers, and Andrea’s professionalism & warmth ranks right at the top of any chain, boutique, or high-end property that we have enjoyed staying at.
We are going to make this hotel our “home “ for future visits to LA. Our son lives in West Hollywood and we have found our slice of paradise. Thank you to the entire amazing team for a brilliant four night stay !! PS. Based on this outstanding experience, we look forward to trying other 1 Hotel locations worldwide. We note there is one in our hometown of Toronto.!!

An amazing stay in the young and fun vibe of West Hollywood. We enjoyed our LOFT SUITE. Spacious and sumptuous. Love the ambiance of this high end property. Nature + wood + zen + luxury. This is the real deal! Pool deck awesome. Food fresh from their own veggie garden. Best honey ever - from their own beehive! The 1 Kitchen food is out of this world. What a chef!! Hosted a brunch there and ate there every morning. The home made granola is beyond. We bought all 4 packages available for sale. You will never eat any other granola again!||The staff love working here. They are proud of this property and they are happy. It makes a huge difference. Smiles and kindness everywhere. Within a 3 mile radius - free Audi e-tron shuttle service. We took it to RUNYON CANYON one morning and had a great hike. Do not go here!!! As a member of the 1 hotel in Miami for 5 years and having stayed at numerous 1 hotels this is the by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. My wedding ring was stolen by housekeeping. After reporting it to the manager it was not responded to or addressed with security until 3 days after. They stonewalled us, did not investigate or ask staff about the situation and were delayed on responding to the police. The ring was of no real value but a family heirloom. The manager Dayna told us that we need a subpoena for the “investigation” results, and purposely ignored our calls. We have spent 10s of thousands at the 1 hotels and this has completely changed my outlook on their morals as a company. They will rob you and have no remorse. We offered a reward and no questions ask to recover the ring but they did not care to even offer that to the staff in our room. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.
The 1 Hotel is one of our favorite boutique hotel chains to stay at. We're on a mission to visit them all. We absolutely love the ambiance of the WeHo location. It's a beautiful mix of modern and nature. We often will sit in the lobby lounge and just relax for hours. It's a great spot to start and end the night. We live a couple hours away from this location so whenever we need to stay in LA we always stay here. The rooms are clean and well appointed, such a soothing atmosphere and vibe. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. And it smells amazing. Whenever we arrive we always say "We're home". We would live here if we could! Highly recommend.||The rooftop restaurant Harriet's is a great place for dinner, but also for just a nightcap. Just be sure to make a reservation as they are usually packed.
Great location, but parking is outrageous though, only valet is available and it’s $70!
I had high expectations before coming here. Booking experience is great, keep receiving emails from the hotel and concierge for my upcoming stay. Hotel lobby and the whole great building is well designed and looks amazing.
The room on the other hand is average, didn’t really meet my expectation. I mean it’s great for a 3 or 4-star hotel but definitely not for 5-star hotel with a hefty price tag. Also the elevator area looks shabby to me. It seems like majority of the budget went to the lobby and restaurant, rooms and elevator didn’t get much budget.
At night, if you like night life, it’s great, lots of clubs and bars nearby. Many good-looking people, lots of fancy cars in the area.

I’m having the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff goes above and beyond with their helpfulness and kindness, making the experience truly exceptional. The location is fantastic—close to everything you could need. A special shoutout to Jack at valet; he’s incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. I highly recommend staying here for an unforgettable experience!

There are a lot of thoughtful pieces in the room like a sand timer in the shower, an option to donate something and they are very doggy friendly - call ahead to let them know you are bringing a pup and they will bring a dog bed and water bowl up to the room
The vibe is very hip, sometimes a wee bit too much. Most of the team members are friendly, though some are too cool for school. We were able to secure a ride to KOI for dinner in their Audi and the driver, Jack, was wonderful. Great conversation and completely customer service focused. |The outdoor and indoor lounge are great in the early morning and afternoon - read, scroll, people-watch. You are surrounded by all kinds of plants and trees. Easy access to many WeHo spots. The uphill walk on La Cienega is good for you! |This was our fourth time staying at the property and we will be back.
