I loved the coceot, and extremely polite, friendly staff and efficient in what they do, hospitality and service.|The valet parking needs a better platform for texting car ready before you come down. Valet told me to text but it said not available now. So, i called Leah in concierge. Also, the breakfast is what I like , very good fresh and organic some. Their staff at breakfast is also well trainedand very service oriented, again, friendly and attentive. I want to mention Paola and the lady chefs at the eggs station. Security is also well dress and efficient on top of it friendly. The food at Tala, needs improvement. My suggestion is to aline with the mission of sustainability, dishes can be like home cooking with a gourmet flair. The roof top is mistly snaxk type dishes, i could only there one time, and is not as special, it is tasty, and is mostly a good bar a pool atmosphere, and fun.|I was impress at check in and out with the greenery behind the reception, and all the decor, specially the efficiency of Isaias. We were there 4 nites celebrating a belated anniversary. My thanks and gratitude to Marcela in in- house reservations, friendly and special service . Specialy it wasthe days of Miami Art week. We got from her a champagne bottle. Such great memories of 1 Hotel.
This was one of, if not the best hotel experience of my life. I have stayed in the best hotels around the world but the level of service, attention to detail, customer service we received during a very busy time was unlike any other hotel. I can't say enough about our experience at the 1 Hotel South Beach. The Concerierge was incredible. She helped us every step of the way with the best restaurant reservations, follow ups to make sure we were ok. She made the experience extra special!
I was at a work conference and husband came with me. We took a walk on the boardwalk and saw the “public welcome at Tala Beach”sign at the 1 hotel. We felt invited so got a table under the trees and had the most amazing waiter named Peter. He was personable, professional, and one of the best waiters we have ever had! Food and champagne were divine! We LOVED it and definitely will be back. Tala Beach has the best atmosphere and is so welcoming. Great food, service, and atmosphere….. all I can say is “wow”! It has only been open a year but I highly recommend you check it out too. We are already planning our next outing there and will request Peter whom we adore!!!
I have been staying at this hotel for the last few times I have visited Miami. My family and I have always had a great time there. Until the last time, the first day turned into a nightmare. We were at the family pool located on the 3rd floor if I am not mistaken, and I decided to go into the pool with my baby and I took my watch off my wrist because the strap was made of leather and could be damaged by the chlorine in the water and I gave it to my mother to keep in the bag that was on the chairs. We were distracted there because we were on vacation and not worried about the worst. When I went to check the bag, they took the watch and all the cash that was inside. My mother had put everything at the bottom of the bag with many things on top so that no one would see it, but yes, someone went there and rummaged through it and stole it. I called the security guard, the employees who were there, and the manager talked to me and all they told me was that there were no cameras in the pool and that they would do a search of the movement coming in and out of the place to see if they could find anything. They said that they would get back to me within 48 hours, but it's been more than 10 days and nothing, no calls or emails. I should have called the police right away, but since I was with a baby, I decided to do it online. My review is to show my disappointment with the management for their carelessness with the guests and also for those who are here reading, be doubly careful if you stay there and leave your things alone. Be safe.
We have stayed at a few 1 Hotel properties, and this one has to be the best yet. From the moment you enter, to the second you leave, The 1 Miami South Beach team tries to ensure you have a unique and personalized experience. From ensuring we liked our room (giving us choices), to providing service to our dinner reservations via the House Car (available to all guests at no cost) so we didn’t have to call Ubers, to the fantastic beach/pool/ water amenities………staying at the 1 Hotel made our vacation a dream. Alexander took great care of us, and the entire reception team stood out as wonderful! ||Will be back ❤️
1 Hotel is one of the best places I have stayed at. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Room: Spectacular. A full mini bar of healthy treats, the bathroom was stocked with all your needs. I had to order room service for breakfast one morning and it was delicious (prompt and polite service as well)
Food: For a quick on the go bite, I stopped at neighbors twice to get the overnight oats, naturally it was amazing. A group of us also had dinner one night at Watr on the roof top, it was amazing and a decent serving size as well
Gym: This was my favorite part, amazing full gym with all the equipment, dumbbells', and barbells you could ask for. the pictures don't do it justice on how nice the facility was.
If i ever make it back to Miami I would absolutely come back, and recommend to anyone that they have to stay here while in town.
In Switzerland, we're somewhat spoiled by smooth running hotels with white-glove service. All the same, we collectively head south to enjoy the Italian charm, style and warmth. 1 Hotel is a blend of both cultures, offering a beach front property with breath-taking views and sunshine. Just the food served on the roof top restaurant is worth a repeat stay. And you don't have to go hiking in the Swiss alps to stay in shape: the Anatomy Gym is amazing. Staying at Hotel 1 is like having a pied-à-terre in South Beach. Enjoy!
The 1 Hotel is my favorite in any city they have one but South Beach is in a category of its own - a true luxury resort. The staff, amenities, location etc. make it very, very special and something you should not miss. I have stayed there several times and will continue to come back.
