In the heart of the city, this place is the perfect stay to take in the country music city.
The rooms are huge, the customer service is superior and the energy, atmosphere, and aesthetic are surreal. From the rooftop with phenomenal views to the custom cocktails, delicious menu and calming atmosphere it’s the perfect stay.
My favorite thing is the plants that create a beautiful atmosphere and double as a natural purifier.
We stayed here for a work conference hosted in the hotel. Out room had ants on every service. We were told they couldn’t move us because they were booked. Maintenance came to the room and sprayed “nontoxic” bug spray called “Drop Dead” while we were in the room. The next day there were hundred of ants in the bed, and all over the counters. I called and was told they would move us to another room. We missed two hours of our conference due to the infestation. I asked for the GM to come up and was told he was with another guest. The director of maintenance who was very nice came up and when I asked for the GM he stated that he was out of the country and he was the only management on duty. I was told we wouldn’t have to pay the $147 two night parking. At check out we were charged for the parking and the lady that checked us out was argumentative. In addition we were charged $30 for two cups of coffee brought to our room because we couldn’t use the coffeemaker due to the ants. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. They claim to be 5 star. I’ve stayed at true 5 star hotels in Europe. This is a pretender not a contender.
A lovely unique property. However, I write this from the Four Seasons--we left 1 Hotel because we were not comfortable. The atmosphere and feel is refreshing and lovely with many touches that speak to nature and comfort. However, there is disconnect in the vibe it is certainly intending to give off and the actual experience. Our room's bathroom exuded a sewage smell and while staff expressed their dismay it was not corrected. The communication from staff lovely and positive, yet again, it wasn't translated into the experience. We paid for breakfasts at our stay but the breakfast space was booked out to a private event. Front desk and other staff members we spoke to (inquiring where to get breakfast) were very kind but not helpful.
Sadly, the food here is not good at all. Our dishes were cooked in clearly rancid oil in one instance. We had a few meals here and I remarked to our table that some of our breakfast tasted as if it came out of a freezer burned cardboard box and was then microwaved.
In the end, the vibe that's given off is amazing. However, we felt that it was a lot of fluff and truly lacking in the experience.
Amazing hotel, with great amenities in a great location just off broadway. Staff made us feel welcomed and nothing was too much trouble! We used the gym and restaurant daily and the food was amazing! The rooms were cleaned daily and were decorated to a high standard.|Oh and the pillow are the fluffiest I’ve ever slept on - can’t wait to go back!
Stayed here for a couples weekend. This is not simply a hotel stay, it’s an experience! From the moment you park until you check-out, it feels like home. Every staff member we interacted with was top notch. We had an issue with our room and it was taken care of within minutes. The brunch at 1 Kitchen was excellent as well. Overall fantastic stay and we will return.
Matthew and Kennedy took great care of us as we checked into our stay here at hotel One Nashville . They made us feel very welcome. The check-in experience was more than we could ever imagine it could be. My husband has been to another hotel, one location and the service parallel that experience as well. We will be back!
Disappointed to say the least from this Hilton Property. Extremely nice people such as (Simone-front desk & Savannah in resturant) and others. However the resturant had fruit Flies which is annoying when trying to eat. We stayed on the 8th floor; the 1st, 7th and 8th floors needed to be vacuumed not only when exiting the elevator but many places. Our shower went on and off 2 different occasions which again is frustrating when trying to shower and had to cut my shower time extremely short. This was brought to the attention of maintenance with a small amount taken off our bill. I also questioned my bill as the package I purchased was to include breakfast, yet I was charged additional by looking at my itemized bill. I had many options to stay in downtown Nashville but chose here, but unfortunately I think that was a mistake.
Wonderful spot. The (sustainable/green) concept was executed well. Really enjoyed the filtered water tap/keg in the room. The decor was very neat and aligned with the theme. Great view from the 17th floor, of the Nashville skyline. The rooftop bar was very cool! Everyone was friendly and attentive. Only detractor was the temporary construction going on at the entrance.
