Incredible hotel and staff. From check in to check out everything was perfect. The guest experience manager, Gary, was terrific! He made sure that an amenity of my favorite drink was in the room upon arrival. The room was spotless and spacious. The filtered water and eco-friendly touches were appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again. Access to Manhattan was extremely easy as well.
Staying at the 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge was by far the best hotel experience I’ve had all year. I travel weekly for work, often staying in two unique hotels per week across the country. I've visited NYC six times this year, booking a different hotel each time—but this one stood out.||||From the moment I arrived, the scent of Santal 33 filled the lobby, setting a relaxing tone. My room was beautifully designed with attention to detail, down to the luxurious soaps provided. I dined at The Osprey for both dinner and breakfast—the food and service were exceptional on both occasions. Although I missed visiting the rooftop bar due to timing, everything else exceeded my expectations.||||The hotel staff throughout the property were pleasant, attentive, and very helpful.||||The location is also unbeatable. The view of the Brooklyn Bridge was stunning, and having direct access to Brooklyn Bridge Park was a major plus. Getting into Manhattan was easy, with a quick seven-minute walk to the nearest subway station.||||As a bonus, I accidentally left my laptop at the hotel. Hours later, while at the airport, I contacted the security team. They had already secured the laptop and provided several return options. I chose to have it shipped home, and it arrived promptly and safely.||||I’ll definitely be staying at the 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge again.
This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. The food was amazing, the location is awesome, and the view is incredible. I recently stayed here with my girlfriend and was blown away by the service, the vibe, and the amenities that this place offers. If you get the chance to stay I highly recommend.
I am a little late to do this review since I never write reviews, but my kids reminded me of the trip and I remembered I said I would write one because of how beautiful of an experience it was. We came from long island for a trip with our kids after having a rough couple of weeks. When we got to the hotel we could not check in but the front desk had the manager Garry bring us to the roof. He showed us around and helped us settle in which was very sweet. When we checked into the room later, he had left coloring books for the kids, with their names written on the colored pencil packs. This truly blew us away. He also left cute binoculars for them since they told him they were excited to see the bridge. When we saw him in the lobby our kids told us they wanted to go say hi to Garry. I thought it was so sweet they remembered his name, and he remembered theirs. We were so touched by this. We also ate at the restaurant in the lobby which was delicious! I do not remember our servers name but she was so kind and helpful since the kids are quite picky. Overall, the room was stunning and we could not have asked for a better time. It was splurge for us, not something we would normally do but it was totally worth it.
A great hotel, comfortable and classy, displaying a sustainable policy. The rooms are quite large vs NYC standards, they are comfortable and quiet. I slept very well. The roof top offers fantastic views over Manhattan and the Brooklyn bridge. |Breakfast is great: tasty and healthy.
Excellent hotel. We booked joining harbour view room and the overall experience was 10/10. The food is great and the ambiance and service is also 10/10.
There are local street style restaurants in the neighbourhood that are also very good and easy to access for new comers to Brooklyn. I loved the nature walk and path along the water; perfect way to start your day.
The pool is incredible and one of the only ones that allow kids, this was a huge plus for us. It was very safe and well guarded.
The hotel is of course beautiful and in a great location, but the service was subpar for the price. Everyone treats you like you should be grateful to be there and doesn’t offer help. Housekeeping woke us up one day despite having the “do not disturb” light on to let us know that if we would want service later in the day we had to tell them what time right then. We also needed to contact the hotel before our stay and had to call 3x before an agent was able to help. Not worth the price, especially when NYC has lots of great options.
1 Hotel in DUMBO is simply incredible – it's perfectly situated with one of the most breathtaking views you could ask for - along the waterfront, it offers panoramic views of the New York skyline and the Brooklyn Bridge, creating the ideal blend of urban energy and serene nature. From the rooftop, you can take in both sunrise and sunset, with the sparkling city lights setting the perfect backdrop in the evening. The location is unbeatable
