Busy with extremely rude , seemingly angry man taking orders. . Slung menu at one of our patrons. Grunted asking drink requests. Communication a barrier. We are a dinner group of 8 typically ; just 3 last night. We do a rotation of restaurants going somewhere different every Thursday night. So this place is 8 on our list . -once every two months basically. Tab with all of us is over $100. . Asking about senior discount is a no no . Check out guy Asked how old was one of our ladies who requested the discount. Food was NOT as good as usual which is only Mediocre at best for dinner hours -my opinion) ; crab Rangoon soggy; suspect it had been out on buffet a while. Short staffed probably but RUDE nonetheless. No refills . Never showed back up after menu incident.
The food is most usually VERY good! I've never dined in, always take it to go. I've been eating here for years and always the same guy working register, still not fluent english, but very friendly!
The food was better then I had expected, but I stayed with the foods I was familiar with (orange chicken, rice, chow mien, green beans…) these items were tasty and spot on. The restaurant feels run down, however. The men’s bathroom was about as clean and friendly as a truckers stop restroom in the middle of the highway, complete with dirty toilets, trash all over the floor, and vandalized walls, depicting a few lewd middle-school style drawing scratched in the walls. Definitely not family friendly or appropriate. That really should be fixed.
Nothing wrong here. Your strip mall Chinese Buffet in small town Missouri. They kept the food full. But due to the Holiday and low customer count it was hard to keep things fresh.
Service was good. Helpful but not intrusive.
They serve Pepsi products which is a positive in my opinion and my drink was refilled as needed.
No pressure with bringing your ticket too soon.
Waiter stayed busy keeping tables bussed and cleaning the floors as needed.
Overall they offer a pleasant experience and the prices are in line for local Asian Buffet's 12.82 for buffet, drink and tax on a week day lunch.
Food was pretty typical. When you go at the right time.. food is fresh and very good. But I wouldn't recommend going on an off time. My first experience here was on an off time and wasn't very happy with the food that was no longer fresh.
Delicious food a plenty, and great customer service.
