The establishment is pulchritudinous! The employess are always helpful and amicable! The managers are also helpful and very professional! They have awesome sales! They always have the color hair I need for my braids! The Expressions 27/30 combination is my fav and ingenious! They rock! Some of the wonderful employees know mw as The Purple Luva! Outstanding Customer Care
When I called to inquire about a specific wig, one of the staff, Shu Shu answered and went above and beyond to help me. After discovering that the wig I asked for wasn’t in stock at the Marlow Heights location, she mentioned that she would contact two different locations to check on the availability of the color and style I was looking for, and assured me she would call me back within 15 minutes. True to her word, she called back promptly and informed me that she would personally pick up the wig and bring it to the Marlow Heights store for me to purchase and pick up later today or tomorrow. The exceptional effort she put in to assist me was truly remarkable and I am incredibly grateful for her pleasant and professional outstanding customer service.
