Best WLM Reviews

The best place in the neighborhood for men’s cuts and fades. They have barbers experienced in cutting all types of hair, and as you can tell from the photo they keep it CLEAN.
A few tips for your first time: it’s cashless and walk-in only, so look for the tablet to sign-in when you arrive and ask for help if you have any questions.
Every cut comes with a non-alcohol drink. People are friendly and happy to converse or leave you alone if you prefer.
Been here at least five times (walk-in) and I’ve never gotten the same barber here, let alone seen the same barber twice (except one guy) which speaks to how different people work here, and possibly explains the mixed reviews. Coming here is a fun gamble because some barbers are good and some are not. But at the end of the day the price is still probably the lowest you’ll get without going to sports clips or great clips.
It would be helpful if there was a list of barbers somewhere and their individual schedules.
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this barber shop. The whole time I was getting my haircut, I couldn't see what the barber was doing because my back was facing the mirror. Only at the end did I realize that the haircut was nothing like what I wanted. I showed the barber two pictures of different fades and asked for something in between, but he responded with, "You come to the barbershop and you don't know what you want?" I also requested not to have a specific barber cut my hair, and he accused me of being picky and wasting his time. After the cut, he told me that if I wanted a haircut that required more time, I should go elsewhere and not waste his time.
When I got home, I realized that my hair was completely ruined. The fade was far from a taper fade, with an obvious and lazy transition. The necklines were asymmetrical, with a huge gap on one side and a closer cut on the other. The scissor work on top of my head was uneven and poorly done. This was by far the worst experience I've had, and the barber's attitude was extremely rude. I would strongly advise against going to this barber shop
Poor customer service. The barbers always seem rushed to move on to the next customer and become visibly annoyed when asked for touch-ups. The experience has been steadily declining, and after being a loyal customer for over a year, I will not be returning. Save your money and avoid ruining your day—choose another place!
Waited 1 hour for a haircut despite being first in line. Barbers friends seem to walk in and get service before those waiting. Not a great deal of awareness on behalf of the employees to do this and think waiting customers wouldn't notice. People are busy, be respectful of their time, or open this booking service up to everyone.
Fransisco was amazing. He took some time to ask me how I wanted to look. He patiently cut each side making sure everything was perfect. It was not just about machines but good old scissors talent. Found a good place. And also got a free drink so amazing.
Came in to get the back trimmed down. Got skipped even though I was sitting there. Guy didn’t bother to explain or say a word to me. Third time of me trying to get a hair cut here. While waiting I decided to start looking at reviews. Saw all the negative stuff and lost interest. This place is never getting my business if this is how they treat people.
If y’all are gonna skip clients without an explanation then clearly you don’t care about treating clients properly.
Waited +10min extra.
Edit:
I just saw the response from the owner, the owner is lying. I checked on the app multiple times and even took a screenshot before I left. Aditya was the person who I was skipped for.
Even if that were the case, I received a text notifying me that I was next, the person who came in ahead of me, was already in the chair and I had signed up right after him. Lying only goes to show that you're unwilling to own up to your mistakes and have 0 intentions of fixing it.
You made a mistake, ignored a customer, and instead of owning up honestly to this. You decided to come on here and lie.
The man who was ahead of me, came in with a girl who was sitting to the right of me. The man was already in the chair, that meant I was next. Aditya signed up after me. Your barber intentionally skipped me.
I have been here a few times with various luck. After my recent visit I am really disappointed with the haircut I received from Francisco. The entire process felt rushed, and the results were below expectations. The sides of my hair were noticeably uneven, and Francisco did not use layering scissors, which left my hair looking flat. When I thought the haircut was only halfway done, Francisco  removed the styling cape and said it was finished, leaving me with WET hair (I had to ask to have them dried - please forget about putting any product and styling...)!! Additionally, my bangs were cut straight across with a single cut, resulting in a totally unpolished look (I am considering wearing a baseball hat to work...). I am even more disappointed as I thought that I have found my go-to person for a haircut, but it looks like it is not only the place where you have 50% of a good haircut but also the hairdressers are very unreliable here.
