From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I was greeted warmly. As I waited for my pick-up order, I watched the chef as he pulled my newly crafted pizzas out of the oven. Because of how comfortable they made me feel, we decided to dine in and relax. The pizza was so good that we ordered two more to go. Great location. Visit - you won’t regret it.
This has been my favorite place to eat for years. They have an awesome variety of ingredients and insane suggestions. If you're in the mood for it, they have it. I have never had a bad quality pizza here- always fresh, always warm, always correct. And the atmosphere is great, staff are always chill and quick to help. I will always recommend &pizza!!
Ordered delivery through Uber Eats. Topping were incredibly skimpy. Picture from after warming up in toaster oven.
Though being extremely busy at 8:30pm on a Sunday night the crew held it down like pros! Michael took care of me at the cashier and was very friendly and helpful on getting my order ready. He had told me he came in from his day off to come help the team take care of the busy crowd. Great team leader!
Used to love &pizza, but this chain is going in the wrong direction. Price up, quality, and service down. Waited 30 minutes for a $14.5 pizza that is 50% not covered with any topping. There is no tap water option, forcing to buy bottle water or canned soda.
I recently ordered from &Pizza, and unfortunately, there was a mix-up with our order. We didn’t receive the pizza but were still charged for it. However, the situation was quickly addressed by the manager on duty, Soda. She was incredibly helpful, listened attentively to our issue, and handled the situation with professionalism. Soda made sure to compensate us for the error and was extremely polite and sensitive throughout the entire interaction. Her excellent customer service really turned around our experience. Thank you, Soda, for making things right!
Liked the food when I’ve ordered here before. Unfortunately though, their online link no longer works for the North Bethesda location, and calling the store gets you an AI chat bot that just redirects you to the website. A pizza place should probably be able to take an order over the phone, just an idea.
Ordered a vegan pizza but there was some pepperoni on it. I wish they were more careful not to have unwanted foods mixing and contaminating, especially given different dietary restrictions and allergies.
