The server Donovan was beyond rude disrespectful, and he overcharged me for a cheese pizza and told me because I got the drizzle of hot honey and garlic that it was supposed to be $16. I don’t know if this young man was having a bad day or what but please don’t go in there. I no longer will support this establishment. I will go in Sunday through Wednesday and I have so many receipts that have same price and the fact that you overcharged me because you were having a bad day is unbelievable. I’m done with &pizza.
When I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly, making me feel instantly welcomed. Their friendly attitudes and efficiency made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It was clear they cared about creating a positive environment, and it really stood out.
charged $16 for a margherita when it's listed as $13 on the website. also about 3/4s the size of the box.
Do not go to this location! When I first walked in the spoke to the woman in the front, she was really nice. As I walked to the back to look there was a person walking out eating a sour straw and stuffing it in her mouth. She didn’t wash her hands. She put on gloves and I was still looking at the menu. As I took my AirPods out to hear she said "what are you having?" Before I can even respond she yelled "What are you having?". Her name was Imani. There was no need for the attitude as I hadn't even said one word to this person. I told the manager Brittany (no sure the correct spelling) what happened and she offered to make it for me, but l just walked out. Not interested in giving my money or time to people that are rude for no reason.
First off you cannot order on site, you had to order online or thru the app. We didn't want to order online because there was 48 minute wait and I like to watch people make my food. The location makes no mention that you cannot dine in or order inside. We'll we ended up waiting in the car for about that time because we drive all the way there. My issue is the condition of just made pizzas. I don't like my pizza over cooked . I paid $50 for 4 pizzas that I'm not totally satisfied with. One pizza had shrimp that wasn't ordered on it and please tell me where the broccoli is on the 2 that was ordered? Like make pizza the way you would make yours..seriously. will not be going back to this location. If at all.
When we came in, we were not greeted, the place was not clean enough for us to sit, eat, and vibe which was our plan. The display screen was broken and the attitudes were not on point!! We had just gotten off work and by the Grace of God found a parking spot a street over, so before anyone asks, that's why we didn't leave. I just knew the Glizzy McGuire pizza I ordered was gonna eat!! It didnt!! It was the worst!! I will most definitely go back to VA and get the one I originally ordered from Bradlee Shopping Center. That's the reason I wanted another one! Now, that one was on point! It wasn't overloaded with toppings, it was just right!! The one on half street, the hot dogs weren't cooked thoroughly, but the crust was and the chili was disgusting!! Again, it was too much going on. Oh, and my daughter ordered garlic knots with hot honey drizzle which has been done for her before at other locations. However, she specifically ordered it this time and he gave her hot knots and when he was asked about it, he said, "oh, just pick the jalapeños out, it'll be good and we're not allow to do it the way you asked". ???? so needless to say, we will NEVER buy from this location again, EVER!!
This place has tasty pizzas but dang, the service. Went in tonight and stood there trying to order. The rest was, wow. Time stopped. I ordered no pizza. Never got a chance. Life passed me by so fast and I got old. And then I went home to plan my geezerhood. Hungry in a rocking chair. Creak. Creak. Creak.
All of their pizzas are unique and delicious combos. The sodas are pretty good, love that they’re in specialized cans now.
I ordered via the UberEats app and…it was a bit disappointing, it was cold by the time it got to me and the first time I ordered they didn’t even include the drink, also half on the drivers part because he said nothing.
It’s a little pricey, definitely a hipster tax, wouldn’t really recommend as an often restaurant choice, just when you wanna switch it up.
