Best WLM Reviews
This deserves zero stars, but that’s not an option on here. I love this place because it has vegan options, but now absolutely resent it every time I order a pizza I expect that maybe it was just a mistake, but this is literally the pizza I received, how is this a pizza, who cut this? Where is the vegan cheese? Why is there 2 tablespoons of sauce? Why is there more arugula than there is pizza? There’s not even enough sauce to make a pizza. On top of that, they gave me the wrong soda that I don’t like, I did not enjoy this meal, and I’m actually gonna just stop ordering from here.
I had a pizza by myself. Service was great. Friendly. Great place to eat and watch people. Food was fantastic. Pizza my one food. And they did a great job. If your in the area stop by. You will not regret it. Great food for a good price.
Absolutely love this place when I want pizza to go! The young people who work here are always nice. Atmosphere is ok, the dinning area always looks a bit unkept and it's not very inviting. But I also hang out at swanky places so that may just be my own personal judgement. Food is always good and I never wait long at all
I used to frequent this location for years. During my recent visit, I was shocked to find the interior in a deplorable state - dark and dirty. I felt uneasy about even placing an order and dining there. The original &pizza machine only had Coke products, not the &pizza soda. The pizza station was messy, with food items placed haphazardly. Although I understand this location stays open late, it never appeared this way in the past. Now, I have to inconvenience myself by going to a different location further out of my way.
Pizza was good but I’m not sure why I waited 30 minutes when there were only 2 other people in the store at 11:30pm. I haven’t been in a while and they changed to the kiosk method which makes the process slower in my opinion. I could honestly see waiting that long if it was packed, but it wasn’t. Maybe I’ll come back during the day since the night crew seemed to have conversations with one specific customer that only ordered garlic knots 10 minutes after I put in my order and somehow they left 10 minutes before I did? Make it make sense.
My son likes to go here for pizza with vegan cheese. It's just okay in my opinion. I'm not sure if it's the vegan cheese or what, but my pizza had an olive taste to it. The atmosphere is kinda dry compared to when I used to go to this location years ago.
&pizza has great food but at this particular location they disappointed me. I ordered 2 pizza’s that came with sweet & spicy honey and asked for only a dash of it. The service was just terrible. I got home to eat my pizza and when I picked up a piece it was soggy and everything on the pizza fell off. The whole box was soaked in the sweet & spicy honey. I even tried to put the pizza in the oven thinking it would help. My mouth was on fire for an hour. We bought 2 of the same pizzas accept one had olives the other did not. Both pizzas were ruined by the amount of honey that was put on them. I went back the next day and showed the pictures I took and all I got was sorry. The store is very messy with trash on the floor.
I Ordered the dirty bird pizza and requested no blue cheese. Returned to the store two hours later requesting a refund but the manager on duty Justin did not know how to process a refund and refused my request. Extremely unprofessional and lack of customer service. Do not recommend visiting this location.
