Great customer service and the food was delicious. The location is a bit hidden towards the end of the strip mall. I was lost at first not seeing the place and my GPS brought me over to the other end of the plaza, where an IHOP is. Until I looked at the numbers on the doors and took myself here, so finding was a bit of a struggle, especially at night time, many traffic in the plaza.
The food was worth all the hassle though. The waitress and the reception was very nice and thorough. Answer all questions necessary. Give it a try.
I happened to pass by and stopped to try their pho and BBQ, the pho was a bit salty but delicious, the only problem was that the beef should have been cut thinner, the soup was hotter, they had chargrilled oysters to try, everything was fine, it would have been better if the soup could have been a little lighter
I recently visited this restaurant on a Thursday night, and while the food was excellent—definitely a solid 4.5 out of 5—the service left much to be desired.
Despite only two tables being occupied, the staff’s approach to orders was bafflingly inefficient. A large group at the other table ordered many dishes, including noodle soup, 2+ rounds of BBQ, oysters, sweet and sour pork, and eggplant. While I was willing to wait for them to be served first, the waiter made it clear that our order wouldn’t even be started until all their food was cooked.
After a staggering 40 minutes, we received just a noodle dish and a cold cucumber appetizer, along with the wrong eggplant dish. When our BBQ arrived, we ordered both beef and lamb, but the waiter didn’t specify which was which, making them hard to distinguish.
Additionally, we had ordered pan-seared dumplings, and while the waiter brought us vinegar, he forgot to bring the plate. To top it off, we weren’t served water until I asked for it after an hour.
The food itself was fantastic, but the service needs significant training and improvement. I can only imagine how long the wait would be if the restaurant were busier. Overall, this experience left me feeling neglected, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.
Tell me why a "rice platter" costs over $20 for me to get white rice?? Years we have been coming here, and the rice platter always comes standard with fried rice. Today, I received my rice platter, and it has white rice. When I asked to clarify the mistake, they were wanting to charge me $2 more for fried rice. On top of the $20 over high price. How ridiculous. I will NEVER return. You just officially lost a couple of customers that had been loyal for years. ???? I am so disappointed and disgusted at the way my husband and I were just treated. Horribly overpriced food. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
EDITED TO ADD: the response from the restaurant below is a straight up incorrect lie. This restaurant must sadly have new owners who changed the menu that was there for years. I never had to specify or request fried rice when ordering the Korean beef short ribs rice platter in the past. It always came standard with their delicious fried rice and it was never extra charge. Now the person taking my order yesterday did not say anything about the new choices between white rice or fried rice or that fried rice would be extra. They were unflinching, rigid, argumentative, and unapologetic when I brought up my concerns at the time of picking up my food.
Either way, they have lost some loyal customers from years back. Goodbye.
First time visiting and I will say it was worth it! I order the veggie pho and it was amazing. The customer service was great and the waiter was there whenever I needed him. The inside is very clean, cool and comfortable. Not of ppl which is fine with me but there’s plenty of space and seating. The pho was about $12 which is not bad price. I’m not sure if they have any lunch special but they make pretty good soups and broth.
Made the mistake of ordering this on Uber. This is the worst quality pho/Vietnamese food I’ve had. The spring roll has bagged lettuce… awful.
Friendly and relaxed atmosphere, enjoy going here for a late night meal. Wonderful service and great menu options.
The pho I ordered was trash! They gave me old basil, a drop of cilantro and the broth tasted so nasty. I have never been so disappointed in a pho in my life. Would not ever order here again
