They were quick to getting everything done, and we're taking the right precautions. My only complains would be the employee that would take off her mask to drink her water and talk at most 10 feet from other employees and customers. I don't think the urgent care is at fault for this, it is only the employee's bad judgement. Other than that they were top notch. Keep in mind that they are supposed to call you if you are positive only on your tests. Otherwise you're supposed to wait about a day for them to post your results on some website which they sent my dad his account with my phone number, not his. Also, the urgent care is not where it is on google maps. *** It is next to the bus station. ***
Clean, Safe and Friendly. PCR test (swab) was very gentle to the nose. Got results next day. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!
Yesterday me and my son waited over 3 hours to get a rapid covid-19 test, results should have came in within 15 to under 3 hours, I'm still waiting!! I have received no email, I have received no call or text on my son's results. They are not fast or convenient like they're automated system says or like their website says. So I call in the morning I waited on hold for about an hour and a half to only find out that they have no results yet that I should understand because so many people are coming in for these tests and I should have patience. Please do not go there it is not a rapid test but if you choose to go there good luck and God bless
This facility isn't prepared, organized or equipped to handle Covid testing. The wait times are over 3 hours and the results do not get released in accordance with the time stated. Also, staff posted signs that rapid tests were not available, however if you asked for one at the front desk, a rapid test would be administered.
I received a rapid test yesterday at 2:30 pm. I needed a test in order to travel. It has been 11 hours and I still have not received the results. I called MedRite and was informed that the test had not been run yet. U
Lastly, the office staff is pleasant and professional.
We waited outside for almost 2 hours. They were the worst for moving people through the line. When we got inside we saw the people behind the counter not even taken patients and arguing about different things that had to do with the line of people. This explained why the line wasn't moving. We got our tests done and were told that we would have the results within 3 hours. 3 hours later we had my results, not my daughters. The next day I called only to find out that you aren't actually calling the location it's a call center. They said they couldn't find her results and I had to drive down to get them. The representative, Jason, refused to let me speak to a supervisor claiming they were all busy and said that he filled out the missing results form. You can't actually contact the location. This place is a joke.
I went for a rapid test. Sadly I had to wait an hour to get inside. I cannot blame MedRite for the long line. Once inside the process was quick. I took a rapid test. I was told the results would take about an hour. I waited for a call which never came. But when I went to website I followed instructions for getting results and did get results.
I would have liked to be told about how long the wait would be and maybe given a number so I could wait in the comfort of my warmer car
I will go for a pcr test Friday and hope for a shorter line
Poor Experience and never got results! I expected a long line, but they do not have a good system in place to control the crowds. They walk up to the door from somewhere behind the desk area and unlock it to let a group in. then they disappear. There is no one to answer questions or handle exceptions. I took a rapid and PCR test on 12/21. Never got the results from them. Called about the Rapid test a couple days later and was told to go to the location I got the test for results. I did that, waited another hour and got the neg result for the rapid but the PCR was not available yet. Now it is the 27th and still no results. Good thing I didn't need the results to go back to work or travel. What is the point of waiting 2 1/2 hours and then another hour and have my insurance company pay for the test and then they don't bother to give me results?
The wait time wasn’t too long and the swab took maybe 5 seconds. I would say if you have 45 minutes to spare this is a decent option. It’s at an outlet mall so parking lot can be pretty full. Paperwork takes about 5 minutes and then you wait for your name to be called.
Just a tip, my friend who went to the same location and same day got her results before me. If you don’t get anything within 24-48 hours of your appointment time find out the lab they use for testing and call the lab direct. I did that and they were able to send my results. It was Clarity Labs, but it could change or vary.
