Radiology technician Melody was so very nice and has a bubbly personality which just eases all the stress, and worries away.
Made me feel very relaxed, as i was in alot of pain.

I was there today. Everyone was very nice. I have not had good experiences with doctors but if these people keep their bedside manner I am sure they will be over whelmed. Thank you for being nice and listening.
Went to this location and was told a prescription would be sent over to my pharmacy. Called the office after the appointment, the pharmacy still had not received it and I was told it would be sent over within the hour. Days later I saw another physician because my med was never sent.
The PA Chanie was wonderful. She was extremely attentive and helpful. I’ve had experiences at other urgent care and she is the only PA I would see.
Came in with my child for a strep test today … the waiting room was empty.. but clean and pleasant.. with water and coffee machine. a bit of a wait while paperwork was processed but the young lady behind the counter was very sweet and helpful and gave my child a coin to get a prize in the prize machine! When we were finally seen, the nurse was very pleasant and patient. The PA, Ephraim, had a very good way with kids and put my child at ease. We had a glitch with a script being sent to the pharmacy but the PA, who was very busy, did his best to clear up the issue and make sure we got the medicine needed. Thanks Med Rite
Great Urgent care Service (Spring Valley Location). I’ve been there several times. The waiting is never long. (That can be difficult when you’re sick. ). The waiting area, bathrooms and doctors’ office are always clean. They have hot beverages in the waiting area. The staff at the front desk and the doctors are professional and courteous. The staff that calls about test results are polite and empathetic as well. Would definitely recommend.
