I now live out of state, but have shopped at CRAVE several times. Customer service and professionalism were top notch. I have also ordered products online and wasn’t disappointed.
I've only shopped inside twice, but my girls have been many times. We decided to stop in, today, since my teen will start beauty school, soon, and wanted a little time to brush up. No pun intended.
The prices were fantastic given the high quality (based on pervious hair dyes bought there). I was amazed at the selections of merchandise carried, and was so excited to learn of more coming in, such as new contact brands and colors. Mrs. Crystal even opened the boxes (not the containers), so we could see first hand if it was going to work for us.
The atmosphere was very laid back and comfortable. We weren't rushed through browsing nor with any questions we had. When we asked for suggestions, she knew exactly what we needed. She was also very encouraging and not at all judgemental of our family, goals, and all around ideas we would find fun. I now have no hesitation in asking questions about anything to do with supplies.
We look forward to being able to stop in more often! Thank you, Crave, and to all of the kind people working in your shop.

It has a great atmosphere & excellent customer service.
I was passing thru Kinder and saw the sign for the store. I stopped to browse around since I had a few minutes.The lady handed me a card when I was leaving which I assumed was a business card. When I arrived home I saw that it was a bible verse and it was exactly what I needed as I was dealing with a co-worker who had tried to throw me under the bus for her gain. I was reassured by the scriptures that grace my card: Proverbs 20:22 "Don't try to get even. Trust the Lord, and He will help you." Proverbs 20:27 "The Lord's light penetrates the human spirit, exposing every hidden motive" Thank you for allowing God to use you as a vessel to encourage His people.
