This is the place I got bed bugs from and they didn't even refund my money on top of that i lost my job at checkers DOWN the road because it was a mandatory that I not serve any food or be around people or food so they fired me! WWWWTTTFFFF!!!!!!
GOOD LUCK
This is the worst hotel or motel I have ever stayed in management is very disrespectful they do not care about there property, the room are very small holes in the drywall duct tape on the ceiling, holes in the walls every where no lamps the dead bolt does not lock from the outside the pictures do not do any justice with the appearance it is very run down. Roaches in the rooms the air barley works it's very loud throughout the whole night there are no shower curtains water runs out the shower and onto the floor. I would not recommend staying here every
Unfortunately the room we were in was inundated with roaches. It would be decent if they did pest control every so often. We bought our own spray to use while we were there. I will say though the lady at the front desk was really nice
This place is a joke $416.00 week for 1 person is ridiculous it smells bad parking is a joke and the onwers are a bigger joke .There is no service they could care less. About people boy will they stuff them in,there mattress I think that's what they call them not sure about that place at all.they mit have fleas bedbugs and only God nose becareful. They have an apartment one wanting 650.00 a week that one 1 chair 1 sofa kitchen table stove nothing to cook with no dishes and a bedroom not sure looks good but ot sure
This place is a total dump. my son stayed there for the night to take a break from driving. Went into his room, bed bugs, blood on floor and a RAT on top of fridge. Asked owner for new room, he got a new room. Next thing you know the cleaning staff was pounding on his door yelling at him. He was afraid to answer door. I wish i could have been there, they be calling an ambulance for every one of them. Total disgrace this place, DONT RENT A ROOM FROM HERE!!!
My husband and I paid $62 dollars last night to stay here in room 6. The room seemed okay until i woke up around 4 AM to severe itching on my wrist. I turned on the lights and we quickly found two small bed bugs. We took the comforter off the bed and after inspection my husband found another larger bed bug. We waited till a about 6:30 AM and called the manager who told us he would look at the room and refund our money at 11AM. We saved the bugs in a cup to show him we were telling the truth, but come 11 the manager refused to give our money back and denied that the bugs came from the bed.
Was a very homey small mom & pop place with only 11 rooms, front desk personal was super friendly and attentive. Great location close to several stores and restaurants only 2-3 minute walk. It is an order building and really could use updating but plenty of safe parking & safe to sit outside if you wish or are a smoker. Unfortunately there was a steady tiny stream of hot water running down from the shower faucet into the drain and if you aren't careful you could burn your feet, the toilet flushed 3 time's then as it was super late at night we didn't want to disturb the maintenance person who lives there, although we were instructed to contact him if we had any issues so we just poured water from the sink into the tank to flush a couple of times before we left, there is a tiny kitchenette but the stove was desperately in need of either a replacement top and whole eye set up or replacing the stove so we didn't use it as we had already eaten anyway before we stopped there. The room smelled wonderful upon entry, the room seemed clean, not a single bedbug found upon our VERY careful inspection BUT... We did find children's toys under the bed with a LOT of dust, a spilled substance on the floor by the edge of the bed just under the frame, the plug in was not working properly by the bed so we plugged our phones and my CPAP in across the room ( luckily I have a super long hose for it), the a/c took quite a bit to cool the room down and really never was quite cool enough for my comfort as I have COPD so normally sleep at about 73 degrees at home for comfort. But we were able to at least sleep & the mattress I MUST SAY WAS UNEXPECTEDLY EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE ! It wasn't the white house or Trump towers but the price was reasonable for that area and you get what you pay for. As it was just a 1 night stay it was less than All the other places close by. I will say that it WAS QUIET & the people who apparently lived in the rooms on either side of us were extremely polite and respectful.
To be fair, I might preface my remarks by noting that this motel is a roadside dive that is admittedly not like its more fancy-pants chain cousins. It’s a get-what-you-pay-for kind of thing, and it wouldn’t be fair to compare it to the pricier chains. So with that in mind…||I was on a budget, and in need of a place to stay for a week, so I dropped in to ask what the weekly rate was. I was told $380. And then I specifically asked if this was the total price—taxes, fees and everything. The manager said yes—it’s the out-the-door price. No more, etc. An hour later, I returned, and first the manager had no recollection of talking to me…not a good sign. And then said $380 plus tax. It took about 15 minutes, but I convinced the guy to give it to me at the previously agreed price. ||||Because of my circumstances, and hastily leaving my last place, I had a cat in the car. The cat did not go in the room and was never going to go in the room. The manager-guy found out about it the next morning and kind of had a cow. I told him we would leave and he said immediately: “No refunds.” Um…what? I agreed to park the car off premises and he calmed down. So the tip is don’t even think about your pet while you’re near this place.||||So how was the room…well it could’ve been better, even for a (not so) cheap dive place. There was a kitchenette thing in the room, but there were absolutely no (NO=zero) pans or utensils of any type. So unless you bring or buy utensils, the kitchenette thing was kind of useless. Sheet on the bed was a twin and didn’t fit the bed. None of the bedding was very good. The room was old, run-down and ramshackle, as might be expected for an old Motel of this type, but it was relatively clean. ||||The TVs were old-school, i.e. not flat screen nor particularly big, but it worked well. Some light fixtures did not have bulbs in them. We were moved after the first night—because the first room was (I guess) too big for what we were paying, and oddly, the bigger room had an oven but no microwave, and the smaller room had a microwave but no oven. So what there’s no guarantee as to what you’ll get for the “kitchenette.” There were no curtains in the 2nd room—we were told they were stolen, so the window was covered with a sheet.
